As time goes by, those fragments of you and I simply disappear.

Hello world, it's 12:54AM in the morning, and here I am, blogging.

Well, let's start of with 16th of March 2012.

Went to Malaysia with my family, it wasn't exactly a trip to remember as it was pretty boring. I slept through the car trips too, the weather was too stuffy for me to bear.

Bought two shirts, one from Esprit and one from Padini. Should be wearing them soon. I swear, my parents are aunties. They can walk around around in the same shop for hours and never get bored. Well, I do get bored. So the smart ones like me and my sister exits, grabs Coffeebean, and camwhores.

Lunch was held at some Japanese restaurant, yay, Jap food ! <3

I had Nabeyaki, Udon with tempura prawns, chicken and egg. Paradise, <3. Here are some pictures taken in the restaurant.

Hell yea, that's my badass sister.

Went to Jusco after that, for mass grocery shopping, Simply because the stuff there are dirt cheap, and my parents are aunties. I walked till my legs hurt.

P.S , on a side note. I love my hair very very much.

So, basically, that was all for the trip.

Let's talk about today.

Guitar class! I swear, the chords are so damn hard to play, with my terribly short fingers. But oh well, practice makes perfect, right?

Family outing to Haw Par Villa! Pictures are in mummy's phone, I'd probably get them uploaded on Facebook soon. That is, if i remember, and am not lazy to do so. What made it memorable was that it was raining halfway through. SO, we had to seek shelter for about an hour, and I literally took a cat nap.

Something pissed me off today too.

What pissed me off? Cold Stone Creamery. Yes. You heard me. An ice cream store pissed me off, and I'm telling you, it ain't funny at all.

It's an ice cream palur where you choose your flavour of ice cream, and they'd do it up for you with toppings like fruits or biscuits, depending on the Menu. I had pretty high expectations for it as the menu looked damn good, and Cold Stone is like, EVERYWHERE in Singapore.

What do you do when you're not sure of which ice cream you should choose? You take SAMPLES!

I tried the Sweet Cream, Cake Carnival Batter Mix, Cinammon Bun and Peanut Butter.

Here's my review on each of them respectively.

Sweet Cream just tastes like normal vanilla ice cream with extra cream.

Cake Carnival Batter Mix tasted nothing as exotic and carnival as it sounds.

Cinammon Bun tastes like cinammon powder.

Peanut Butter tasted like.. purely peanut butter.

All in all, none of them caught my tongue, and none of them were special.

That pissed me off.

Out of frustration, I randomly chose the flavour 'Cheesecake' and it was made into 'Cheesecake Fantasy', ice cream with strawberries, blueberries and digestive crumbs.

The toppings made no difference, and the cheesecake ice cream sucked.

Nope, it doesn't taste as good as it looks.

Anyone whom knows me well enough should know that I'm an ice cream fanatic. I love ice cream. I'd literally salivate for damn good ice cream. Without ice cream, life would be all dull and grey, and the butterflies would lose their wings and the rainbow loses its colours. Well, these wouldn't happen, but you probably get what I mean.

That's why I'm particular about the ice cream that I eat. Cold Stone was so disappointing, it was stuck at the back of my mind for an hour after I ate it. I'm like,

"Oh my god, you're so overrated, your ice cream disappoints me, you're not allowed to be all over SG."

And I whine and whined and whined and whined.

I'm never eating Cold Stone Creamery again, and I definitely do not recommend it.

If you're going for good basic budget ice cream, I'd suggest either Daily Scoops or Island Creamery. They're my top favourite places of all time! They'll never disappoint you, guaranteed.

If you're going for good and exotic ice cream flavours, I then suggest Maggie Moos. I found them by accident on an random ice cream treat with my friend a month ago. And hell yes, they're good.

Well, that's all for today!

Derek's birthday is coming, I'm still cracking my brains on what to buy for him.

Currently on an AUDITIONSEA rampage with Hans, and he's treating me to Marble Slab, ICE CREAM. WEEEEEEEEEE.

Imma do a review of that after I've tried it.

Stay tuned guys!

Ice cream dreams.

Love,
Natalie Ishot
