Maniac giggling on the phone.
It's 11:34PM!
Woke up at 10 Plus to a text message from him, it made my day. <3
Had some inspiration to try to do an Orange Cake, so well. I did it. But I didn't like it as it tasted weird and kinda bland. It was a
fail cake! Gonna research on it and improvise. Some day, Imma succeed in baking it!
Other than that, I spent the rest of my time waiting for his text, and watching Yakitate, and waitng for his text, and Yakitate, and.. You get what I'm trying to say, don't you?
His idiot of a manager cut his pay, due to some MOM law. Please bang yourself on the wall. It's not easy working, you know?
Currently on Episode 29, 40 more episodes to go! It's a really old anime about a boy with the desire to bake his own signature bread. It probably appealed to me since I love baking too! (: The only anime I follow up with besides Elfen Lied.
Highly recommend watching it, especially for those whom love to bake.
Just got off the phone with that cockroach, I've been laughing and smiling like crazy. The phonecall was really unexpected! That idiot. (:
And so, here comes today's topic,
Belief.
Do you know what's my favourite quote?
It's
Believe to achieve.
So, I've got some friends that have walked on the wrong path in life, and they wanna turn back. Yet, they believe that it is impossible to do so.
Why?
Their company of friends, their family, their past, and the list goes on.
But I'd say, that they are excuses.
Things will never ever work out the way that you want them to, unless you do something about it. It's the same for your exams. You'll never be able to score well unless you study. That is, unless you're a genius. Even so, geniuses work hard to achieve what they truly want in life.
Look, your past will never be able to bother you, unless you give it a chance to. The past is called the past for a reason. It doesn't have a place in your present. Reflect upon it, learn from it, and then move on. Being stuck in the past, would bring you nowhere. No point feeling remorseful over your past, and not do anything abut it.
If it's your circle of friends that are pulling you down,
CHANGE THEM. No one will truly be #ForeverAlone. There will always be people there for you. Friends aren't friends if they allow you to harm yourself. So what if they outcast you, and talk bad about you if you leave them? Would you rather leave, and make something better out of your life, or stay with them, and let yourself get dragged down further? Think. Daddy and Mummy's right. Your circle of friends are important. They're a goddamn big influence on you, hell yeah. Friends can always be found again, and genuine friendships will definitely be forged down the road. You have nothing to worry about.
Your family. They will always be there for you, always. No matter how much they scold you, or nag at you, it's because they care. And you might think, oh, i thought that the relationship between you and your father ain't good, judging from your previous posts? And I'd tell you, yes. My relationship with him ain't good. But I do know that he cares. How so? Well. I could just be simply left to fend for my own, but no. He still bothers to buy food for me. To make sure that I'm living. And god dammit, if he didn't care, he'd never bother about my future. So thanks, dad. For caring. You're their child, their flesh and blood. And they went through so much, just to bring you into this world. They'd never want anything to happen to their child, because they love them. Stop shouting at them, stop answering back, stop neglecting them, and just remember, that they're doing everything for you. Those phonecalls they spam you with, those 'check-ups' on you, it's cause they're worried. And don't blame them for feeling so, cause afterall, they'd never want anything to happen to you. Every parent would love their child, unless they're truly inhumane.
Even so, nothing will ever be achieved if you never believed in yourself. Changing your circle of friends, changing your attitude, everything would fail if you lack belief, simpy because you feel that what you give will never be enough to overcome anything. Your belief changes everything. Your belief is the source of your motivation, and determination, to make things change. Your belief is what gives you the confidence to stand up for yourself. Your belief, is what defines you. If you think that you can't do it, then you probably can't. If you believe that you can do it, then chances are, you can.
So take that belief, and I promise, that things will change.
And it's time to sign off. (:
It's in your hands.
Love,
Natalie Ishot
