What have all of you been up to?

My UTs are finally over and the holidays are here! In addition, work @ The Rolling Pin starts tomorrow! *beams*

What's the rolling pin?

It's this bakery shop that caught my eye a few months ago, and I'm actually hired to be an assistant baker!

Well, those that have added me on Facebook probably know what I've been up to today.

I baked Chewy Peanut Butter Doggy Treats!

The process is really simple, and I'm going to provide you guys with the recipe okay? (:

What you'll need is

Equipment:
Rolling pin
Wooden board
Cookie cutters (optional)
Baking paper

Ingredients:
175g plain flour
5g of flour for dusting
2 tablespoons of peanut butter
1/2 a cup of hot water

NOTE:
Wheat flour can be used too actually, especially if you want more fiber intake. More peanut butter can also be added, but it's best not to exceed more than 3.5 tablespoons as it's really high in fat content (':

1. Preheat your oven to 175 Degrees.

2. Gradually add the hot water and peanut butter into the flour. (DO NOT add all the water in one go, your dough may become too watery to form.)

3. After your dough has formed, mix in the peanut butter until even.

Your dough should look like this.

4. Dust your wooden board and rolling pin with flour. (This should be noted with high importance to prevent your dough from sticking onto the equipment.)

5. Roll out the dough to about 2 inches. (LOOK AT THAT PRETTY DOUGHHH!)

6. Cut the dough into desired shapes.

7. Layout baking paper onto tray and place the dough on them.

8. Bake for 10 minutes.

Anddddddddd, TAH-DAAAH!

R.I.P Mr Teddy Treat. (':

It isn't difficult, isn't it?

What's more is that, it contains no preservatives. That means NO fur loss! Unlike humans, dogs have no found allergies against peanuts, so they're completely safe for consumption! Plus my dog really seems to enjoy it. Hehe.

Well, that's all for today guys. (:

Till next time!

Love,
Natalie Lim
